Dr. Courtney A. Kilkuts is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. She is the only female oral surgeon in the state of Idaho. She received her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and her doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pennsylvania.

After graduating from dental school, Dr. Kilkuts practiced as a general dentist in private practice for 4 years while also serving as a clinical instructor to dental students at the University of the Pacific.

Dr. Kilkuts then went on to complete her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center where she received extensive training in dental and implant surgery, anesthesia, facial trauma surgery, orthognathic surgery, head and neck cancer, head and neck pathology, and maxillofacial reconstruction. During her training, she served as Chief Resident and became a published author.

When she is not operating, you will find Dr. Kilkuts outdoors with her beloved husband and young kiddos. She has a particular affinity for all things on or near the water and she can often be found competing in open water competitions. Throughout college, she was a world class swimmer competing at both the 2004 and 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials and the NCAA Championships. She was a member of the United States National Team and served as the Princeton University Swim Team Captain.
